Privacy Policy: Rejection Viewer for Canva Creators

What this extension does
Rejection Viewer shows the rejection reason of your own Canva Creator elements as badges on the canva.com My Items page, with short explanations. It is not affiliated with Canva.
Data we access
- Your own Canva item status data. While you view My Items, the extension reads your element thumbnails on the page and requests each item's status and rejection reason from Canva's own API, using your existing Canva session, inside your browser. This data is displayed to you and is never sent to us or any third party.
- Language preference. Your ID/EN choice is stored in Chrome's sync storage on your browser profile.
- Reason dictionary. The extension periodically downloads a public dictionary file (JSON) from kelaskreator.com so new rejection reasons get explanations without an update. This is a plain download; no data about you or your items is attached.
Reporting an undocumented reason
When you choose to report a rejection reason we have not documented yet, the report form opens with the reason code, the element's title, and the element's public thumbnail URL already filled in, so you do not have to type them. You can review, edit or clear any of these before submitting.
Nothing is sent until you press Submit yourself. The form is hosted by Google, not by us. The extension only opens the form with those values visible in the fields; it never submits anything on your behalf, and it never uses hidden fields.
Data we do NOT collect
- No analytics, no tracking, no ads.
- No personal information, no account identifiers, no browsing history.
- Nothing is transmitted to our servers or anyone else's.
Reporting a new reason (optional)
The "Report" link opens a form in a new tab (hosted on kelaskreator.com or Google Forms) with the reason code pre-filled in the URL. Submitting the form is entirely optional and user-initiated; whatever you type is sent only when you press send, and is used solely to improve the public reason dictionary.
Permissions explained
- canva.com / media-public.canva.com: required to read your My Items page and query item status from Canva's API in your browser.
- kelaskreator.com: required to download the public reason dictionary.
- storage: stores your language preference and caches the dictionary.
Changes & contact
If our data practices ever change, we will update this page and the extension's store listing before the change takes effect. Questions or deletion requests: halo@kelaskreator.com.
